Hey there,
I have to be honest with you guys: Unfortunately I personally don’t have a minimalist wardrobe right now, but I’m considering to have one in the future. If you’d like to know what pieces a minimalist wardrobe should definitely include, then keep on reading 🙂
1. Jeans
In the past Levi Strauss invented the Jeans as a workwear clothing piece in times of the gold rush in America. Nowadays the jeans comes in all shapes and forms and is no longer just for workers. The classic blue one is a must in everyone’s wardrobe!
2. A Blazer
This is a piece that you can style classy or casual and get the most use out of it.
3. A trenchcoat
A trenchcoat is a pretty versatile piece and perfect for fall and spring as a transitional piece.
4. A white blouse
A classy white blouse is key in a minimalist wardrobe. In the wintertime it can be worn under a pullover. In the summertime you can roll the sleeves up and combine it with a high waisted, structured short to wear it to the office and to work.
5. A statement bag
Invest in a good quality bag, that you can carry for years and that will fit to most of your outfits.
6. A simple white shirt
It might sound easy but it is really difficult to find a good white tee. There are many different shapes and forms. Weather you like a good v-neck, a round one or a lose one. Definitely invest in a long lasting piece with good quality.
7. Black pumps
A black pump makes your legs appear longer and your outfit instantly more elegant.
8. A skirt
Pencil skirt, A-line or maxi. It’s up to you which one you like best and which fit your style the most.
Is there any piece that you think is also important for a minimalist closet? Comment down below! 🙂
See you soon,
Caro
